Klaus Witt, Chief Executive Officer

Klaus Witt, the founder of talis, has been successful CEO in different companies for 20 years. He is a shareholder and the CEO of talis international consultancy llc. in Abu Dhabi and a board member of Brooge Petroleum & Gas Investment Company (BPGIC – Abu Dhabi).

Klaus Witt has extensive experience in secure asset financing, in large projects financing and in the evaluation of business ideas. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully established numerous business models in the market and built up several companies meeting the requirements for going public.

For more than fifteen years, Klaus Witt has been an investor and consultant in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and is familiar with the mentality and the needs of local investors, especially in the oil market.

He believes that honesty and trust are the cornerstones of a solid partnership.

Torsten Richter, Chief Operation Officer

Torsten Richter has been successful in leading management positions for more than 20 years. He is a member of the management board of the talis group. In a responsible position, he has guided the development of the companies associated with the group, which are active in different industries.

At talis energy, he is responsible for business and product development, business processes, accounting and controlling, human resources and administrative objects.  

The graduate engineer works in a straightforward, success-oriented way and has wide-ranging know-how. At the national and international level, Torsten Richter has fruitfully realized numerous projects at large and medium-sized companies.
